Our computer based techniques apply logic and set theory to arrays of data to extract and identify damages or off-sets. Multi-year cases with vast amounts of data are reduced to meaningful information. We enhance the investigation by examining 100% of the records and documents. We scan and index images plus use OCR for analysis. This provides total visibility of the case's data, facts, risks and advantages. Impact analyses are fully documented using quantitative tools which produce concise data understandable by both the jury and the judge. We design and create charts for the court room which simplify and communicate accounting, economic and damages data at trial. We develop our analyses, reports, graphs and data with Microsoft, Visio, Lotus, Summation and Doculex tools.
